Krisenkompass Redesign

This project is very near and dear to my heart—a comprehensive redesign and UX overhaul for Krisenkompass, a suicide prevention app.
Krisenkompass offers a range of functionalities to support users in crisis:

At aifora, a B2B platform leveraging artificial intelligence to optimize purchasing and selling decisions, I served as a UI/UX Designer for two product teams. My role encompassed the entire design process, from ideation to developer handover, for AI-driven software solutions.
During my tenure at aifora, I led the redesign of two core modules, resulting in a 20% increase in customer satisfaction. This achievement underscores my commitment to enhancing user experiences through thoughtful design.
I also introduced and established user research practices within the company. Regular usability tests, user interviews, and shadowing sessions enabled me to gather valuable insights, which I shared to drive overall product improvements.

Timesheet App for an Independent Art Store
Case Study (2021)
As part of the Google UX Design Certificate, I embarked on an end-to-end design journey to create a specialized timesheet app for an independent art store. This project allowed me to apply a comprehensive UX design process, leveraging various methodologies and best practices.
From conducting user research and creating personas to wireframing, prototyping, and conducting usability testing, I meticulously designed every aspect of the app's user experience. The app aims to streamline time tracking for artists and store personnel, enhancing efficiency and operational management.
